| Deco Plas Inc. Introduces Real Time Video and Audio Methodology to Assist Customers |
Montpelier, OH, March 30, 2007 -- Deco Plas Inc., a company specializing in production painting for a variety of major industries, launched a new customer service program today which it believes will enhance the customer's experience with the company.
Real Time Streaming Video and Audio Conferencing, within a secure Internet-based meeting area, will allow for on-the-fly meetings where Deco Plas Inc. customers can watch their production runs, they can interact with Quality Control, Shipping and Receiving, Process Launch Teams, and even review and collaborate on Purchase Orders, Contracts, and join in meetings as needed.
"This capability is going to greatly enhance the Customer Experience with Deco Plas Inc.," states Michael Kreps, President of Deco Plas Inc. "Customers are not going to need to drive three or four hours, or fly in to look at product and processes. It can now be done up close and personal right within their own offices via this simple to use technology."
A mobile unit, connected to the Internet will allow Real Time Video Conferencing along with Audio feeds via Conference Call or Voice-Over IP, for Plant tours from Paint Line to Paint Line, Freight Inspection, and Sales and Production Collaboration of all types.
